PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo suspending device having a form of suspending dead weight type tongues on the lower end of a mast type crane, and without damaging the tongues and damaging a suspending cargo sandwiched by these tongues, even if a lowering timing delays. SOLUTION: This cargo suspending device 1 has a suspender 2 fixed to the lower end of a mast M of the mast type crane C, a hoisting accessory body 10 joined to the suspender 10 by a pin, and the dead weight type tongues 20a and 20b joined to the hoisting accessory body 10 by a pin, and is formed so that the suspender 2 has a pair of horizontal pins 8 coaxially and separately, and the hoisting accessory body 10 has parallelly a pair of vertical plates 14 for penetrating the pins 8 and having individually a slotted hole 16 having the major axis in the vertical direction.
