PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat tire wheel assembly having the improved rim assembly workability. SOLUTION: In the run-flat tire wheel assembly having a supporter for a run-flat tire formed of an annular metal shell and a rubber-like elastic body in an inner cavity of a tire/rim, the rubber-like elastic body is constituted of two kinds of different rubber compounds. The difference between the 0°C storage elastic modulus (E') and the 20°C type A durometer hardness (Hs) of the rubber compound (A) and the supporting rubber compound (B) of a part in contact of the rim satisfies the formulae (1) E'(B)-E'(A)=1-10 MPa, and (2) Hs(B)-Hs(A)=3-35.
