PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a component integrated with a gear capable of manufacturing the component integrated with a gear in which a component and a gear are integrated, by one chuck. SOLUTION: This component integrated with gear, in which the component and the gear are integrated, is manufactured using an NC lathe including a rack cutter (5). Firstly, in a parameter input process, a module and the number of gear teeth are input as a parameter for the gear. As a cutting parameter, start and end positions of the rack cutter and the number of reciprocating times (k times) to form one tooth are input. During a cutting process, the rack cutter is moved by 1/k module pitch in the Y-axis direction per one reciprocating movement thereof, and the Y-axis is also rotated by an angle corresponding to the 1/k module pitch around the C-axis. Thus, the one tooth can be formed by repeating this operation k times. Subsequently, an all-round gear can be formed by repeating cutting operations by the number of the gear teeth.
