SOLUTION: This industrial robot has two or more of arms 10 extendably operating while turning its hand part 3 in the predetermined direction, by connecting in order of an arm part 2 and the hand part 3 from the base part 100 side, and solves the problem by constituting so that the respective arms 10A and 10B have arm extending driving sources 4A and 4B for extending the arms 10A and 10B with arm extension shaft 2A and 2B as the rotational center, arm turning driving sources 5A and 5B for turning the arms 10A and 10B with arm turning shafts 3A and 3B as the rotational center, and connecting members 13A and 13B for setting the coordinate positions P1 and P2 in the vertical direction of the hand part 12 in the substantially same.
