PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus capable of easily providing an electrode sensor capable of accurately detecting whether or not all the liquid is normally supplied from a liquid cassette filled with the liquid to a liquid tank. SOLUTION: In the endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus provided with a mounting unit 40 to/from which a disinfectant cassette filled with a disinfectant can be freely mounted and detached and a disinfectant tank 9 storing the disinfectant supplied through the mounting unit 40 from the disinfectant cassette after it is mounted on the mounting unit 40, the mounting unit 40 is provided with a pair of cassette blades 2 and a pair of cassette blades 3 for opening the disinfectant support port of the mounted disinfectant cassette, and the pair of cassette blades 2 and the pair of cassette blades 3 constitute the electrode sensors 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b for detecting whether or not the disinfectant cassette is mounted on the mounting unit 40 and the disinfectant is supplied from the opened disinfectant support port to the disinfectant tank 9.
