PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of surely preventing an operation handle from being fixed by a foreign matter by making it difficult for a hitting operation handle to insert and hold the foreign matter such as a coin between the operation handle and a handle cover or between the operation handle and a handle base. SOLUTION: The hitting operation handle 4 is provided with the handle base 20, the operation handle 30 and the handle cover 40. The handle cover 40 is formed in a cap shape projected at the front, and an annular engagement part 30j which is formed in the shape of being opened at the front at the front end part of the annular operation part 30a of the operation handle 30 and provided with an outer peripheral wall part 30k engaged in the shape of being externally fitted shape with the annular rear end part 40b of the handle cover 40 so as to be freely turned substantially without a gap is included.
