The device has loops arranged on a base surface (10), where articles e.g. tools, are inserted in the loops. Straps (20, 30) are provided with a material of the base surface to form one of the loops during fastening of two sub-regions of the strap on the base surface. The strap and the base surface are made of a burr-like material, which responds to a removable connection that is producible by pressure. The base surface is arranged in a box, a briefcase, trunk or lockable device. The strap is fastened to the base surface in an inseparable manner.
