Fettsäureester auf Basis von C<SUB>6-26</SUB>-Fettsäuren und Anlagerungsprodukten von 1 bis 30 mol Ethylen- und/oder Propylenoxid an mehrwertige Alkohole, wobei die mehrwertigen Alkohole ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe 1,2-Propylenglykol, Dipropylenglykol, Tripropylenglykol, Triethylenglykol, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Trimethylolpropan, Ditrimethylolpropan, Tritrimethylolpropan, Neopentylglykol, 2-Methylpropan-1,3-diol, 1,4-Butandiol, 1,6-Hexandiol, 1,4-Cyclohexandiol, 2,2,4-Trimethyl-1,3-pentandiol, Pentaerythrit, Dipentaerythrit, Butyl-ethylpropandiol, 2-Methylpentan-2,4-diol, 2-Ethylhexan-1,3-diol, 2,2,4-Trimethyl-1,3-pentandiol, Hydroxypivalylhydroxypivalat, 1,3-Cyclohexandimethanol und 1.4-Cyclohexandimethanol eignen sich als Lösungsmittel für Offset-Druckfarben.
