The invention relates to a composition having lipolytic activity that com prises at least polyphenols, especially in the form of flavonoids, in partic ular flavanones and anthocyanins, and phenolic acids, and caffeine. The inve ntion also relates to a process for obtaining such a composition and the use of the composition for its administration with a view to promoting the burn ing of fats or promoting the loss of body mass.
