<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an essence extracted from a starfish, the utility value of which has been low, as an antiobestic material and anti-hyperlipemia material. <P>SOLUTION: The antiobestic material and the anti-hyperlipemia material contain the essence obtained by extracting the starfish as an active ingredient.
