<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of operation for a sales representative by enabling the sales representative to further rapidly check a payment state from a customer, and facilitating urging of payment to the customer in reconcile processing. <P>SOLUTION: In processing S402, the sales representative performs registration of payment schedule information by use of a cellular phone 102. In processing S404, when money is paid to a designated account for payment, a payment report mail is received from an accounting system 106. In processing S406, receipt of the payment report mail is ticker-displayed. In processing S408, providing of payment information is requested to the accounting system 106, and in processing S410, the payment information is acquired. In processing S414, reconciling is performed based on the payment information, and in processing S416 and S418, unpaid money information is displayed.
