<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag to which four free wheels are attached, and for which the traveling wheels are quickly, easily and surely stopped through the push button of a handle in either case of pulling up the handle to the height of an upper position or pushing it down to the height of a lower position. <P>SOLUTION: The bag with four wheels is provided with: the bag 10; the four free wheels 20 provided so as to travel on the bag 10 or a frame 40 capable of loading the bag 10; and a handle apparatus 31 with a pair of flexible handle cylinders 311 provided on the bag 10 or the frame 40 capable of loading the bag 10.
