<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide steel frame stairs capable of reducing displacement and acceleration of vibration having small amplitude generated in a building due to wind, vibration occurred in the environment, a slight earthquake or the like and preventing freedom in design of the building from being impaired. <P>SOLUTION: The steel frame stairs 16 are installed between an upper part skeleton 12 and a lower part skeleton 14 of the building. First beam members 20 are provided on both sides of a step plate 18 of the steel frame stairs 16, and second beam members 22 are provided on outer sides of the first beam members 20. The upper part skeleton 12 and the lower part skeleton 14 move relatively and the first beam members 20 and the second beam members 22 move relatively due to the disturbance acting on the building 10. Consequently, an energy absorbing member 24 is shear-deformed to absorb vibration energy so that displacement and acceleration of vibration having small amplitude and generated in the building 10 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
