PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and cooling system effectively utilizing heat in simple constitution and a unit building including it. SOLUTION: This heating and cooling system S includes: a heat storage part 2 for storing a circulating fluid 23, heat of which is stored through a heat medium 54 of a heat pump 5; an interior radiator 4 installed in a room 15 and supplied with the circulating fluid 23 from the heat storage part 2; and a radiator 3 in an underfloor space 14 installed in an underfloor space 15 of a building to pass the circulating fluid 23 discharged from the interior radiator 4.
