PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet ejection head which prevents pressure fluctuation in a shared chamber and prevents liquid mixture at the time of suction recovery. SOLUTION: In the structure of the liquid ejection head 3 for ejecting inks different in characteristics, one of a plurality of liquid droplet ejection systems is provided with manifolds 20a, 20b communicating with two nozzle rows 35a, 35b, respectively, and the nozzle rows 35a, 35b are arranged between the manifolds 20a, 20b as viewed in a direction orthogonal to a nozzle forming surface. On the other hand, the other liquid droplet ejection system different from the one liquid ejection system is provided with a single manifold 40a for two nozzle rows 35c, 35d as viewed in the direction orthogonal to the nozzle forming surface, and the manifold 20b is arranged between the nozzle row 35c and the nozzle row 35b belonging to the one liquid ejection system.
