PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to uniform the concentration of ink by effectively stirring the whole area of a liquid even in the case where the liquid surface of the ink stored in an ink storage container varies. SOLUTION: A plurality of swing members 101, 102, 103 are swingably supported in the liquid storage section 12 and the lengths of the hollow sections 101c, 102c, 103c of the respective swing members are different respectively. Consequently, the ink can be guided out of any one of ink guide out ports 101b, 102b, 103b, so that the ink can be effectively stirred even in the case the liquid surface in the ink storage container varies.
