PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel gear coupling capable of certainly discharging old lubricant and exchanging (replacing) with new lubricant when lubricant filled between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder is exchanged. SOLUTION: A plurality of grease supply/discharge holes 23 is formed in the outer cylinder 20 coupled to one rotating shaft so that the holes are penetrated through the outer cylinder toward the side of the inner cylinder 10 coupled to the other rotating shaft, one grease supply/discharge hole 23 of the grease supply/discharge holes is formed in the vicinity of a meshing portion between inner and outer gears 11, 21, and also the other grease supply/discharge hole 23 is formed in the other portion across the meshing portion. Thereby, when the lubricant filled between the inner cylinder 10 and the outer cylinder 20 is exchanged, the new lubricant is passed through the meshing portions.
