PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power consumption of a DC/DC conversion circuit of a charge pump to improve power conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: The DC/DC conversion circuit, which converts an input voltage into an output voltage, includes a first charge pump circuit converting the input voltage into a first amplified output voltage, and a second charge pump circuit converting the input voltage into a second amplified output voltage. The first and second charge pump circuits alternately output the first and second amplified voltages as the output voltage, under the control of at least one control signal.
