PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor device and a floating support device for easily grounding a motor body supported at a vehicle body through a bracket to a vehicle body with a relatively short ground line. SOLUTION: A wiper motor 14 is float-supported and grounded to the vehicle body B by the floating support device 12 through the motor bracket 75 in the wiper motor device 10. The floating support device 12 includes a first flange part 88A between the vehicle body B and an attachment part 75A of the motor bracket 75, a second flange part 88B between the attachment part 75A and a head part 90A of a bolt 90, a grommet 88 having a spacer part 88C connecting the flange parts, a first ground plate 95 between the second flange part 88B and the attachment part 75A, a second ground plate 96 between the head part 90A and the second flange part 88B, and a ground line 98 connecting the first ground plate 95 with the second ground plate 96.
