<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transfer device smaller in size than conventional products and having a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid transfer device has a vibration plate 2 placed so as to face a predetermined flow path, a flow path forming plate 4 provided in the flow path, and at least one flow path hole 41 formed in the flow path forming plate 4. A gap is formed between the vibration plate 2 and the flow path forming plate 4 so that static pressure is created between the vibration plate 2 and the flow path forming plate 4 when the vibration plate 2 is vibrated in an ultrasonic region.
