<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting/receiving module capable of preventing malfunctions. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting/receiving module A comprises a board 1; a light-emitting element 2 mounted on the board 1; a light-receiving element 3 mounted on the board 1, and having a photoelectrically converting function for the light of a wavelength emitted from the light-emitting element 2; and a resin package 5. The resin package 5 is divided into a light-emitting side part 51 covering the light-emitting element 2 and a light-receiving side part 52 covering the light-receiving element 3, and further, comprise a cover 6 which covers the resin package 5 and has a diaphram 63 located between the light-emitting side part 51 and the light-receiving side part 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
