PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow ice heat exchanger system capable of steadily and efficiently manufacturing desired cold water without collapsing deposited snow-ice. SOLUTION: The snow-ice S is deposited on a bottom part of a snow storage place 1 of distributing and arranging a plurality of conduits 6 over the substantially whole surface. Water to be cooled supplied to a header 7 on one end of a water storage pit 3 is sent in the plurality of conduits 6 from the header 7, and is respectively sent out into the water storage pit 3 from a large number of water filling holes of the respective conduits 6, and is cooled by exchanging heat by contacting with a surface of the bottom part of the snow-ice S. The cold water enters a filtering tank 9 by flowing to the other end side from the header 7 in the bottom part of the snow storage place 1 by passing through the conduits 6 and a water communication passage formed on the periphery of the conduits, and is sent out to an external part when necessary from a pump room 10 after being filtered here, and is used for cooling.
