PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stable rotor action by reducing increase of fluid pressure due to trapped fluid at a section where an inner tooth and an outer tooth of an inner rotor and an outer rotor mesh in an internal gear pump. SOLUTION: The internal gear pump comprises: the inner rotor 5; the outer rotor 6 rotating with forming a cell together with the inner rotor 5; a suction port 12; a delivery port 13; a second seal land 22 formed between a terminal end part 131 of the delivery port 13 and a start end part 132 of the suction port; and a housing A formed on the second seal land 22 and provided with a hollow part 3. An opening part 32 of the hollow part 3 crosses both of the outer tooth part 51 of the inner rotor 5 and the inner tooth part 61 of the outer rotor 6 in an area of the second seal land 22, and does not communicate with the outside of the area of the second seal land 22.
