PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor sensor equipped with a duct superior in heat insulating and soundproofing performance and embodied in a lightweight construction. SOLUTION: The floor silencer 10 equipped with heater duct to be installed in a vehicle consists in a molding of a soundproofing material 2 (for example, RSPP consisting of vehicle waste material such as foaming polyurethane), wherein the molding contains a cylindrical duct part 1 equipped with a fluid blowing hole 11 and a fluid blowout hole 12, in such an arrangement that fluid for air-conditioning can flow through the duct part 1, whose inner surfaces are covered with a non-aeration layer 3 (for example, polyethylene-polyamide-polyethylene laminated film etc.).
