PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative resin molding having a woody feeling more really expressed thereon, and to provide its available manufacturing technique. SOLUTION: A molten resin material having the same color as wood is injected in the molding cavity formed between a first mold 34 having a first cavity surface 50 provided with the ridges 30 corresponding to the fine groove-like recessed parts formed to the surface of the wood and a second mold 36 to fill the molding cavity while forming weld lines 18 or flow marks to the design surface 12 formed to the first cavity surface 50 and subsequently solidified to form not only woodgrain patterns 14 comprising the weld lines 18 or flow marks but also the recessed parts 16 corresponding to the ridges 30 of the first cavity surface 50 to the design surface 12 to mold the decorated resin molding 10 which expresses the woody feeling.
