PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip sorting and discharging device miniaturized and improved in chip recovering efficiency. SOLUTION: A hinge belt 4 has a gentle slope section 4h with a prescribed length and angle at a position J1 ascending from underwater to overwater of a turbid coolant D1 in a rising track toward the upper side horizontal section 4g of the hinge belt 4 from a turbid coolant reservoir tank 2h of a conveyor frame 2, and a steep slope section 4i toward the upper side horizontal section 4g from the gentle slope section 4h.
