PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide memorabilia which enables the relative of the deceased or a pet which has passed away to remember the deceased or the pet which has passed away and have the sufficient feeling of peacefulness, togetherness and security, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the memorabilia, a pattern composed by turning ashes or pieces of remains or both of them to all or a part of a design material 11a is formed as an internal pattern 11 inside a memorabilia body 10 composed of a transparent material. In the manufacturing method, a canvas member for pattern production composed of the transparent material is heated to a softened state or a half-melted state, the pattern is formed by sticking or burying the ashes or pieces of remains or both of them to the heated canvas member as all or a part of the design material, the canvas member where the pattern is formed is immersed in a prescribed position inside a molding die wherein the transparent material of the same kind or a different kind is dissolved and is pressurized and integrated, and thus the memorabilia body is molded.
