PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a tassel plucking device, having two rollers formed of elastomers, disposed in right and left parallel and made to self-rotate oppositely and intrudingly to each other, to continuously and automatically pluck the tassel. SOLUTION: One roller is formed of the elastomer harder than that of the other roller. The harder roller is made to self-rotate slightly faster than the softer roller.
