A crossed dual tag and RFID system using the crossed dual tag is provided to generate circularly polarized wave having enhanced communication range by using two overlapped tags directly. A crossed dual tag includes a dipole antenna(2) formed by conductor and a feeding unit in which the IC chip is built. A fist and second tag is installed between the bipolar of the dipole and has inductance unit(4a,4b) connected with the bipolar of the dipole in parallel and are crossed so that the loop-shaped of each inductance unit is overlapped. Moreover, the first and the second tag are crossed so that the loop-shaped of each inductance part overlap.
