A hair clip for the permanent-waving setting and a heater for the same are provided to conduct the heat to the rolled hair by mounting the thermal plate to the lower part of the tong body. A hair clip(300) for the permanent-waving setting comprises: a space part for receiving no battery self-heating apparatus in the body(311) of the tong(310); a hot plate(320) which receives heat from no battery self-heating apparatus, conducts the heat to the rolled hair stained with the permanent-waving liquid, and is mounted to the lower part of the tong body; hematocryal solution stored in the space part formed in no battery self-heating apparatus stored in the space part formed in the main body into the specified form; and an inversion unit for being installed at both sides or the outer circumference of the main body and causing the particle movement of the hematocryal solution.
