A form for the concrete is provided to keep the proper temperature for curing the concrete regardless of the change of outside temperature. A form for the concrete comprises a keeping warm and insulation device installed at the exterior of the cast board consisting of timber, synthetic resin and metal, a zinc which is adhered on the keeping warm and device for keep warm and protects the keeping warm and insulation device and improves the thermal ability, a form frame(40) for making the intensity of the cast board(10) raised.
