A hand-held suspender reading stand is provided, which enables the book to be mounted conveniently in any posture without physical condition and place. A hand-held suspender reading stand comprises: a book fixture(14) which suppresses the both sides and fixes the book and is length-controlled to both sides of a notebook sheet board(10); a supporting plate support stand(30) in which the adjustment guide(38) in which the constant clearance is maintained towards the pad is combined and which is mounted on the lower both sides of the pad inserted under a notebook sheet board by the medium of the support stand connector(32); and a slope adjustment board(46) which is protruded to the middle both sides of the pad inserted under a notebook sheet board and in which the respective return spring(78) is formed in the both sides.
