<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid or control an excess in the initial required torque of an upper cap (4) of a container cap including a cap body (2) and the upper cap (4) attached thereto, when rotating an upper lid to an opening direction to break a circumferential breakable line (64) of the upper cap. <P>SOLUTION: A female thread (72) of the upper cap is screwed into a male thread (56) of the cap body by predetermined rotational torque to attach the upper cap to the cap body as required. In this state, regardless of the tolerance of an engaging angle between the male thread and the female thread, each of ratchet pieces (78) of the upper cap is positioned downstream in the attachment rotational direction of the upper cap with respect to the cap body from the circumferential center between the adjacent ratchet pieces (38) of the cap body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
