BEND CORRECTION METHOD OF RESIN ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that resin rollers cannot be sufficiently corrected of bend in some cases though the resin rollers have been conventionally corrected of bend in center position in axial directions because the resin rollers have been bent by heat and pressure in forming the resin rollers.

SOLUTION: A bend correction method of resin rollers includes: a process of specifying a maximum bend position and a bend direction of a resin roller; and a process of taking a reform center position of the resin roller in a range of ±10 mm from the maximum bend position in an axial lengthwise direction of the resin roller and straightening the resin roller by moving one end of the resin roller in an arc in the same direction as the bend direction.
