PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin illuminating membrane switch. SOLUTION: A switch portion 111 of the membrane switch 110 is equipped with an LED 121 through COB (a chip-on-board method) under the switch portion 111 on a flexible substrate 122 and a light emitting part 120 in which the LED 121 is sealed by sealing resin 124 containing diffusion material. The light emitting part 120 emits planar light evenly on a plane 124a of the sealing resin 124 due to the light emission of LED 121. The it can illuminate the switch portion 111 evenly.
