PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by performing the optimum data communication control after searching and presenting a radio access point. SOLUTION: The radio access point automatic registration communication controller searches radio access points while performing war driving, only radio access points AP1 and AP2 with which a user's desired SSID (Service Set Identifier) matches are extracted among a plurality of searched radio access points, the locations of the extracted radio access points AP1 and AP2 are registered, and wireless radio communication is performed only when communication can be performed with the registered radio access points AP1 and AP2 to thereby register only the user's desired radio access points AP1 and AP2 among the plurality of searched radio access points. Since wireless radio communication is thereafter performed only when communication can be performed with the radio access points AP1 and AP2, useless power consumption is reduced.
