PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for analyzing a biomolecule function structure capable of analyzing a biomolecule structure without affecting the functional expression of a biomolecule and of facilitating the identification of the functional expression of a biomolecule, and to provide a method thereof. SOLUTION: The device for analyzing a biomolecule function structure is provided with a sample stand plate 10, scanning probe microscope section 20, and an electric measurement device 30. The method for analyzing a biomolecular function structure uses the device above. This enables the analysis of a biomolecule structure without affecting the functional expression of a biomolecule and facilitating the identification of the functional expression of a biomolecule.
