摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb and relieve an impact due to collision of a seal ring 24 against a side face of a ring groove 27. SOLUTION: A rotary body 15 is concentrically disposed on an outer periphery of a substantially cylindrical shaft body 17, and two fluid pressure passages for supplying an operating fluid to a fluid pressure chamber are communicated with annular passages 11B, 12B, respectively, formed from inner passages of the shaft body 17 between the shaft body 17 and the rotary body 15. The seal ring 24 for partitioning the two annular passages 11B, 12B interposed between the shaft body 17 and the rotary body 15 is attached to the ring groove 27 having a rectangular cross section formed on the outer peripheral face of the shaft body 17. As an impact relieving part 30 for relieving an impact due to collision of the seal ring 24 and the ring groove 27, a groove side tilted face 31 is formed in an opening peripheral edge part of the ring groove 27, and a ring side tilted face 32 is formed slidable in the groove side tilted face 31, to thereby reduce the substantial colliding speed and relieve an impact upon a collision.
