PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizing device of a liquefied natural gas capable of preventing damages of vaporizing pipes'cracks, fractures or the like by thermal stress based on the temperature difference among each of regions of the vaporizing pipes which are caused by passing the natural gas through vaporizing pipes. SOLUTION: This invention comprises vaporizing pipes to vaporize the liquefied natural gas and support members to support the vaporizing pipes. The vaporizing pipes extend to the up and down directions and comprise a plurality of the main body pipes arranged in the horizontal direction and a plurality of connecting pipes which build vaporizing pipes which meander up and down, and each of neighboring main body pipes is interconnected inside the intermediate area corresponding to the region of 30%-70% of the total height of the vaporizing pipes, and the relative displacement in the pipe axis direction of each main body pipe department is permitted in the region except the interconnected region, and the vaporizing pipes are characterized in that the support members are interconnected in the intermediate area.
