PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy replacement of brake shoes by increasing a contact-point space between brake shoes. SOLUTION: Two center-screwed bolts are turnably mounted on a rectangular frame body in parallel over its upper and lower sides. A lower latch pawl 14a protruded on one side of the frame body is mounted at the lower end of each bolt, and an upper latch pawl 14b protruded in the same direction as that of the lower latch pawl so as to be moved along the direction of the bolt with the turn of the bolt is mounted on the screw part thereof. This construction increases a space between the upper and lower pawls, namely, a contact-point space between the brake shoes against a spring when the front ends of the pair of upper and lower pawls are put inside two brake show pieces and the bolts are turned.
