PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car capable of reducing a height of a car frame, and capable of reducing a head clearance, without restricting attachment-detachment and maintenance-inspection of a guide means arranged in a car frame upper part. SOLUTION: A cage 6 is supported by the car frame 10 for arranging the guide means 12 in an upper part, and a vibration control means 11 is interposed between a peripheral edge part of the ceiling 2 constituting this cage 6 and the car frame 10, and the vibration control means 11 is installed on the lower side than a connecting part of the ceiling 2 and a car side plate 4. A work space B can be secured on the back face side of the guide means 12, and the height of the car frame 10 can be reduced in the clearance by reduction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
