PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope adapter capable of surely draining liquid, such as body fluid, water, and liquid medicine stuck onto a tip surface of an endoscope, to the outside. SOLUTION: The endoscope adapter 1 comprises a cylinder provided with an installation part 2 removably installed on an outer peripheral surface of a tip part Ea of the endoscope E and a projection part for projecting towards a front of the endoscope E from a tip 2a of the installation part 2. The installation part 2 opens up into an inner space S formed by an inner surface 3a of the projection part 3 and the tip surface Ea of the endoscope E and is provided with at least one drain groove 4 provided for the inner surface 2c towards a base end 2b in a recessed manner and at least one drain hole 5 joined to each drain groove 4, going through the installation part 2 in the thickness direction, and linked to an outer surface 2d. The drain groove 4 and the drain hole 5 are formed so that liquid, such as the body fluid, water, and liquid medicine stuck onto the tip surface Ea of the endoscope E are drained outside by capillarity.
