PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed small cell culture medium supply system. SOLUTION: The closed small cell culture medium supply system in which a closed cell culture vessel, having a gas-penetrable membrane for exchanging a gas in a culture medium and further having a passage for circulating the culture medium, is mounted and in which the supply of a fresh culture medium is controlled by a solution-sending pump, through a piping connected to the culture medium gateway of the vessel.
