METHOD TO MANUFACTURE SOLID FUEL OF DYEING WASTE WATER

A method for manufacturing the solid fuel by using the dyeing wastewater sludge is provided to preserving an oceanic environment by drying the dyeing wastewater sludge and using the dried dyeing wastewater sludge as the supplement material of the solid fuel using the waste plastic, to produce environment-friendly fuel and to save energy and cost by using coal as replaced flue. A dyeing wastewater sludge is dried in a drier so that a rate of water content becomes 10~15%(S10). The waste film plastic and the waste fiber are mixed(S20). The first mixture of the waste fiber and waste film plastic is pulverized through the pulverizing device so that a diameter of the first mixture is 20~50mm(S30). The pulverized first mixture and the dried dyeing wastewater sludge are injected in a molder. The neutralizing agent of 1~3 weight% is added and formed in the first mixture(S40).
