A non-driven wheel of a motor vehicle is supported by a pair of rolling bearings which have a common outer race connected to the wheel, and have their inner race located on a stub axle 1 at least one of the inner raceways being integral with the axle, the axle being mounted removably in a supporting element. A brake disc may also be detached to the outer race. The bearing may be sealed by an end cap 14 and a sealing ring 13.
