A plasma display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the color purity by preventing the color mixture of a florescent substance and increase display quality and process yielding rate. A manufacturing method of a plasma display panel comprises the steps of: coating paste which has one property of either hydrophile or hydrophobe at an upper part of a partition wall formed at a lower substrate(210); coating fluorescent paste which has a property different from the property of the paste which has one property of either hydrophile or hydrophobe at the upper part of the partition wall(220); and plasticizing the fluorescent past(230). |
