A stick of rounded rice cake manufacturing device for the broiled dish of sliced rice cake is provided to improve the viscosity of stick of rounded rice cake and form perforation part on the central part in the molding of rice cake so that the source evenly soaks into inside of rice cake. A stick of rounded rice cake manufacturing device for the broiled dish of sliced rice cake comprises the following features of: a raw material maturity unit(10) which is provided with the raw material of rice cake for broiled dish of sliced rice cake which is boiled soft in the pretreatment process and ripens the raw material; a first mixer(20) kneading the raw material handled with the full ripeness; a second mixer(30) which again mixes the raw material dispposed of mixing; a cooling device(40) cooling the raw material dispposed of mixing; a conveyor(50) transferring the cooled raw material; a broiled dish of sliced rice cake rice cake moulder(60) which extrudes rice cake for broiled dish of sliced rice cake produces with exhaustion; and a cutter(70) cutting shaped rice cake for boiled dish of sliced rice cake in the fixed length.
