A medical suction unit is provided, which can indicate the exact suction pressure even if the instant suction pressure is applied. A medical suction unit comprises: an aspiration container(100) which is made of the synthetic resin of the transparent material so that the body fluid sucked in is confirmable and maintains the vacuum condition; a suction pressure unit(200) which is positioned at one side of the aspiration container and indicates the suction pressure through the flow of the suction pressure liquid according to the suction pressure change; and an intake pressure fixing unit(300) in which the suction pressure within the aspiration container regularly is maintained in the pressure gradient generation within the aspiration container. The suction pressure display unit comprises: an aspiration container connection pipe for connection with the aspiration container; a suction pressure display chamber accommodating the suction pressure display liquid flowing according to the change of the suction pressure; and a capillary tube in which the suction pressure display liquid flows to the aspiration container connection pipe.
