The present invention relates to a process for producing endless patterned plastic foil in the form of an endless plastic hose composed in the form of a two-layer band and intended particularly for manufacture of antiskid plastic bags wherein the manufacturing process is characterized in that melted plastic material is extruded to form a smooth endless plastic hose and blown by filling air to a required diameter, After cooling to a temperature of plastic deformation, plastic pattern is hot pressed in the blown hose wall. The invention is further characterized in that pressing of the plastic pattern (2) into the wall of the smooth endless plastic hose (1) is carried out prior folding thereof in the form of said two-layer band from interior of the hose being formed by blowing, wherein pressing of the plastic pattern (2) takes place in a plane perpendicular to vertical axis of the extruded endless plastic hose (1), in which simultaneously with blowing thereof to a required diameter, cooling of the plastic hose (1) wall is done to a temperature of plastic deformation thereof. The invention also relates to an apparatus for making the above-described process, said apparatus comprising a patterning system consisting of an internal stand-type holder (8) for attaching patterning elements (7), said holder being fastened in the middle of a pin (4) of an extrusion head (3), and an external holder (12) for attaching pressure elements (11), said external holder (12) being attached co-axially with said internal stand-type holder (8) to the structure and/or basement of a blowing machine. |
