摘要 A manufacturing method of the drink containing the dioscorea bulbifera extract is provided to contain the various effect, which the dioscorea bulbifera carries especially, the antioxidant ingredient as the large amount. A manufacturing method of the drink containing the dioscorea bulbifera extract comprises the following steps of: a step for cutting to the size of the width x length 1.5~2.0cmx1.5~2.0cm ; a dioscorea bulbifera extract step for extracting active ingredient by heat-treating in 40~60°C for 3~12 hours after adding the edible ethanol of 40~99% concentration corresponding to 2~8 times of the reception amount of weight of the cut dioscorea bulbifera; a step for centrifugally separating the extracted dioscorea bulbifera extract for 10~30 minutes to 2000~5000rpm in 1~10°C; a filtration step removing solid ingredients in a mixture of liquid and solids by being filtered by the mode selecting the upper layer liquid after filtering dioscorea bulbifera extract liquid which is centrifugally separated; a step for heating the dioscorea bulbifera extract after putting into Rotavapor and evaporating under the decompression condition for 30min.~2 hours in order to evaporate the ethanol component contained in the dioscorea bulbifera extract; and a step for manufacturing drink by diluting the concentration of the dioscorea bulbifera extract by adding cleanly refined drinking water to the dioscorea bulbifera extract.
